Acceptable Use Policy

Get Noticed Studio can make realistic videos of people speaking. That comes with responsibility. These rules protect you, the people in your videos and our community.

Faces and voices: permission first

• Only use your own photo and voice, or those of someone who has given you clear permission. Written permission is best, and keep a copy.
• Don't make videos of public figures, celebrities or politicians saying things they didn't say.
• Don't use photos or voices of children unless you're their parent or guardian and the video is lawful and appropriate.

You may not create or upload content that:

• impersonates a real person or business, or could mislead people into thinking a real person said or did something
• is part of a scam, fraud or phishing, including fake endorsements, fake reviews or fake investment offers
• is sexual or sexually suggestive, or involves minors in any harmful way
• promotes hate, violence, harassment, bullying or discrimination
• spreads false information about elections, health, emergencies or public safety
• makes false or misleading claims about products, health or money
• breaks copyright or trademark law, for example someone else's music, video or logo without permission
• shares someone's private information without their consent
• is otherwise illegal in South Africa or where you publish it

Be open about AI

• Some platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) require you to label realistic AI-generated content. Follow their rules when you publish.
• Never present an AI video as a real recording in a way that could mislead or harm someone.

Don't misuse the Service

• Don't try to get around plan limits, share accounts or resell access.
• Don't overload, hack, scrape or interfere with the Service or other users.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close the account, as explained in our Terms of Service. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal content to the authorities.

Report a problem

If you think someone has used your face, voice or content without permission, email hello@getnoticedstudio.co.za. Include the subject "Report". We take every report seriously and aim to respond within 2 business days.
